No. The Patriot Legacy Shield™ is a service-based maintenance program. Carry-forward value is unused prepaid service value applied only to future roofing services performed by Patriot Roofing Texas. It has no cash value and is not a warranty or insurance.

Gold adds minor repairs for small issues found during visits, guaranteed 24-hour priority response after major storms, extended documentation, and a dedicated Shield Advisor for scheduling and continuity.

Before any membership is awarded (even the free Bronze tier), we perform a no-cost Qualification Inspection to ensure your roof is in a serviceable, maintainable condition. This allows us to be proactive, not just reactive. Membership is awarded only *after* a roof passes this inspection.

Any issues found during the initial inspection are "Pre-Existing Conditions" and are not covered by the program. We will provide a separate quote for these repairs. Once the repairs are completed and the roof qualifies, we can then award the membership.

Your accrued value can be applied as a credit toward any future roofing services performed by Patriot Roofing Texas on the enrolled property. This includes larger repairs, upgrades, or even a full roof replacement. It cannot be redeemed for cash.

No, the membership and any accrued Carry-Forward Value are non-transferable and are tied to the original homeowner, not the property. The value expires if the membership is lapsed or canceled.

Our team will proactively contact you to schedule your annual service window at a time that is convenient. We coordinate with you to ensure access is available and the weather is suitable for the service.

For Silver and Gold members, this service includes removing small, localized debris (like leaves and twigs) from roof valleys and around penetrations (like pipes and chimneys) that can trap water. It does not include a full gutter cleaning service.

No. Patriot Roofing Texas allocates a portion of its proceeds from paid memberships to fund these community initiatives. This is a contribution made by our company and is not a tax-deductible donation for the member.

Yes. The prices listed are starting points for standard asphalt shingle roofs. The Gold tier is specifically designed for specialty systems (like metal, tile, or slate) or roofs that are particularly large or steep-pitch, which require more time and materials to service properly.

You may cancel at any time. If you cancel a paid membership *after* your annual service has been performed, the fee for that term is non-refundable. If you cancel *before* the service, a pro-rata refund may be considered. Any accrued Carry-Forward Value is forfeited upon cancellation.

After a declared severe weather event, our paying Silver and Gold members are moved to the front of our scheduling line for damage assessments, ahead of non-members and Bronze members. This ensures you get a professional assessment and (if needed) a quote for temporary measures, like tarping, as quickly as possible.
